All EIS Prints products are print-on-demand. Your order is made after you buy it, then shipped to you. Production typically takes a few business days before tracking appears; total delivery time varies by product and destination.

You’ll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it ships (with tracking when the printer provides it).

Returns & exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we generally can’t accept returns for change-of-mind, wrong size guessed, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear print error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right — replacement or refund, depending on the case.
