Refund policy

Made-to-order physical items (apparel, mugs, totes, canvas): Every item is printed just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, email budahbearprints@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn't possible).

Digital downloads: Because files are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If your download link doesn't arrive or a file won't open, email us and we'll resend your files.
